Number of people vaccinated in Azerbaijan announced

Some 10,301 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of those who got their first jab reached 601 people today, while 823 people got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 8,282 people got immunized with three or more doses of a COVID vaccine.

To date, 13,513,935 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of these, 5,328,620 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,829,985 have been double jabbed.

As of today, 3,123,615 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.

As many as 231,715 people have got the booster dose after recovering from COVID-19.
