Rot disease found in potato imported from Iran 

Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan continues control measures on the food products imported to the country, Report informs, referring to the Agency.
The Agency inspected 23.6 tons of potato imported from Iran by AGR GROUP LLC. As a result of laboratory examination of the samples taken from the product, a quarantined organism ("Ralstonia solanacearum" - brown rot of potatoes) was found in the samples. The Agency decided to return the batches of potato to Iran.
