Proposals submitted to government for registration of drugs imported to Azerbaijan

"Proposals on amendments to legislation related to simplification of customs registration and customs clearance of drugs imported to Azerbaijan have been submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers," Deputy Minister of Health Elsevar Agayev told journalists. Report informs that Agayev said the legislation is expected to be amended.

According to him, the Ministry of Health and the State Customs Committee are actively involved in the implementation of these issues: "I think this issue will be resolved soon."

Notably, Deputy Prime Minister Ali Ahmadov stressed the importance of simplifying the registration and customs clearance of imported drugs.
