Over 12.98M COVID vaccine jabs administered in Azerbaijan

Some 25,208 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of those who got their first jab reached 1,552 people today, while 1,372 people got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 20,744 people got immunized with three or more doses of a COVID vaccine.

To date, 12,982,355 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of these, 5,298,628 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,784,850 have been double jabbed.

As of today, 2,694,562 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.

As many as 204,315 people have got the booster dose after recovering from COVID-19.
