No need for COVID certificate on paper

"There is no need to obtain a COVID-19 immunity certificate on paper," said Gunay Guluzadeh, a member of the Health Ministry's working group on combating COVID-19.
The ministry official stated that it is enough to download the certificate electronically via a mobile application.
