ICRC conducts training for medical staff of Azerbaijan's Mine Action Agency

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has started training for the medical staff of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) on "First aid for blast injuries", Report informs, citing ANAMA.
The purpose of the training is to further improve the abilities of the medical staff supporting the agency's demining operations to provide emergency medical response measures.
International medical experts from Geneva were involved in the training held by the ICRC. The courses, which include theoretical and practical training, are held in the Agency's Horadiz and Tartar regional centers.
