Georgia's coronavirus deaths reach 50 in one day

Georgia has reported 5,579 new coronavirus cases, 1,867 recoveries, and 50 deaths, Report informs, citing the country's National Center for Disease Control and Republic Health.

Overall, Georgia's coronavirus tally has made 477,264 since the pandemic began. Of them, over 400,000 patients recovered, and more than 6,000 succumbed to the deadly pathogen.

Today, the active number of patients in the country exceeds 53,000 people.
