British scientists have found that Hydrocortisone can significantly reduce mortality among the most severe coronavirus cases, Report says, citing RIA Novosti.
The discovery was made by scientists from Imperial College and the Intensive Care National Audit & Research Center.
After a week of treatment, the researchers observed that intensive care patients have a better chance of recovery.
Thus, Hydrocortisone will be the second drug officially approved for the cure of COVID-19 in the UK after Dexamethasone.
