Azerbaijan reveals number of people vaccinated against COVID-19

Some 2,933 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of those who got their first jab reached 354 people today, while 268 people got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 2,086 people got immunized with three or more doses of a COVID vaccine. The number of booster doses after recovery was 225.

To date, 13,715,913 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of these, 5,346,872 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,848,256 have been double jabbed.

As of today, 3,275,580 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.

As many as 245,205 people have got the booster dose after recovering from COVID-19.
