Azerbaijan records 557 new COVID cases

Azerbaijan has recorded 557 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

Meanwhile, 576 people recovered from the infection, and no one died of COVID-related health complications.

Overall, the country has reported 812,116 cases of infection, 798,719 recoveries, and 9,805 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 3,592 people are receiving treatment.

Azerbaijan has conducted 7,145,345 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 3,700 today.
