Azerbaijan provides drugs to COVID-19 patients treated at home 

"The Ministry of Health has started to deliver medicines for people who receive coronavirus treatment at home," Ministry Chief of Staff Nadir Zeynalov said at a briefing of the task Force. 

The statement came from Health Ministry Chief of Staff Nadir Zeynalov at a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers' Operational Headquarters.

Today, Azerbaijan has confirmed 583 new coronavirus cases, while seven coronavirus patients passed away. 

So far, a total of  10 820 patients have survived the disease, while 235 others died. The treatment of 8 212 people is underway.  

Azerbaijan extended the special quarantine regime in Azerbaijan, and its coverage expanded to prevent the further spread of coronavirus and minimize the possible consequences.

The special quarantine regime will last from 06:00 (GMT+4) July 5 through 06:00 July 20.
