Azerbaijan lifts restrictions on import of animal products

The World Organization for Animal Health has informed on the elimination of dangerous animal diseases detected in various species in various world countries.

In this regard, the Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan reviewed the restrictions on the import of live animals or animal products from different countries, Report informs.

Based on the official data issued by the World Organization for Animal Health, the restrictions on the import of animal products and live animals with the highly pathogenic avian influenza, newcastle disease, nodular dermatitis, scabies, smallpox and bluetongue diseases to Azerbaijan has been lifted.
