Azerbaijan confirms 558 new COVID-19 cases, 19 deaths

Azerbaijan has recorded 558 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

Meanwhile, 1,241 people recovered from the infection, and 19 patients succumbed to the deadly pathogen.

Overall, the country has reported 481,401 cases of infection, 452,968 recoveries, and 6,476 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 21,957 people are receiving treatment.

Azerbaijan has conducted 4,830,338 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 6,684 today.
