Azerbaijan confirms 39 new COVID-19 cases, 59 recovered

A total of 39 people have been diagnosed with the novel coronavirus, while 59 others recovered in Azerbaijan as of April 28, says the Task Force under the Cabinet of Minister.

So far, Azerbaijan has recorded 1,717 confirmed cases, 1,221 recoveries, and 22 deaths.

The treatment of 474 people (15 are in critical, 22 in moderate, others in stable condition) is underway.

Nearly 132,640 tests for coronavirus infection have been conducted across the country up to the present.
