Azerbaijan confirms 3,107 new COVID-19 cases, 39 deaths

The number of people who tested positive for coronavirus in Azerbaijan has reached 3,107 in one day, while 1,770 patients have recovered.

Report informs citing the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers that 39 patients succumbed to the deadly pathogen.

Overall, the country has reported 421,103 coronavirus cases, 362,898 recoveries, and 5,592 deaths. The current number of active cases reaches 52,613.

Azerbaijan has performed 4,442,244 tests since the pandemic began, including 11,191 over the past day.
