Baku. 17 December. REPORT.AZ/ The district (city) registration departments of the Ministry of Justice registered 116,365 babies born in January-October this year, Report informs citing the State Statistical Committee.
Thus, this indicator was 14.2 per 1000 people. 53.3% of infants are boys, while 46.7% are girls.
The number of twin babies was 2,236, while the number of triplets was 96.
