Zakharova: Khankandi is Azerbaijani territory and laws of this country apply there

Khankandi is the territory of Azerbaijan and the laws of this country apply there, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova told a briefing in response to a question from an Armenian journalist on construction works by Azerbaijan in Khankandi, Report informs.

"As I understand it, we are talking about the territory of Azerbaijan. The laws of this country apply there," Zakharova said.
