Yerevan refuses meeting of foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Russia, and Armenia

Official Yerevan refused to attend the meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Russia, and Armenia, scheduled to be held in Moscow on December 23, said the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
In a telephone conversation with Jeyhun Bayramov, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said he regretted the Yerevan's decision.
In the meeting planned to be held in Moscow on December 23, it was planned to discuss the issues of preparation of the peace treaty to be signed between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
