Xi Jinping wishes success to WUF13 work

Chinese President Xi Jinping has wished success to the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, Zhang Guoqing, the Chinese president's special representative, said at the WUF13 Leaders' Summit, Report informs.
"I am honored to attend the 13th World Urban Forum Leaders' Summit as a special representative of Chinese President Xi Jinping. I am also honored to convey Mr. Xi Jinping's best wishes to Azerbaijan for hosting this summit and wish it every success," said Zhang Guoqing.
