Hikmat Hajiyev: We do not allow any circle to interfere with Azerbaijan's internal affairs

"Azerbaijan does not interfere with the internal affairs of any state and does not allow any circle to interfere with its own internal affairs."

Report informs that head of the Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev made the due statement at a meeting with the winners of the competition "Financing Master Education Abroad".

He answered questions of young people about Baku's foreign policy pursued on tourism, transport and commerce.

Hajiyev said that under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev the Republic of Azerbaijan has achieved significant successes in all directions, including foreign policy: "The Republic of Azerbaijan is a country that pursues an independent foreign policy in the true sense. The basis of this independent policy is the protection of the national interests of Azerbaijan and its citizens. This strategy, laid by national leader Heydar Aliyev, is carried out with pragmatic and realistic principles on a multidimensional and balanced basis, taking into account the historical experience and geopolitical realities. In conditions of tense and chaotic international relations, our country pursues a foreign policy based on the norms and principles of international law, does not interfere with the internal affairs of any state, and does not allow any circle to interfere in its internal affairs. "

Notably, on September 5 the winners of the contest "Financing Master Education Abroad" announced by the Youth Foundation of the Republic met with Hikmat Hajiyev, the Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration and Farid Jafarov, Executive Director of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
