Minister: US invested $ 10 billion in Azerbaijan, while investment by our country in US exceeded $ 8 billion

“US has so far invested more than $10 billion in the Azerbaijani economy,” Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said.

The Minister said that the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) has invested more than $ 8 billion in US markets, including fixed income, capital and real estate. More than 250 US companies registered in Azerbaijan and organized their activity. US big construction and companies, contractors, service providers and investors have participated in most of the large and medium-sized projects in Azerbaijan since gained independence."
