"While I was here, I met with the IDP community. They were learning English. I think that learning English will play a significant role in their participation in the reconstruction work when they return to their homeland," US Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan Lee Litzenberger told journalists.
"We talked in more detail about education. I want to create more opportunities for children and young people to study English. Because today, learning English is not only a skill for work but also very important for life," he stressed.
