UNITAR chief believes other countries will use Azerbaijan's experience

The ASAN Service model applied in Azerbaijan improves people's lives and makes state services more accessible, United Nations Assistant Secretary-General, and the Executive Director of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) Nikhil Seth said during the International Forum titled “Path to Cutting-edge Governance: Moving Towards Sustainable and Innovative Public Services,” dated to the 10th anniversary of ASAN Service.
He said he believes other states will also use Azerbaijan's experience.
According to Seth, the sustainable development agenda in period until 2030 can be achieved only through close cooperation.
Seth noted that UNITAR encourages digitalization, adding that it is also a part of inclusive development, since everyone must have access to resources and services.
He said this issue is on the agenda now.
