UNICEF praises Azerbaijan's efforts to ensure children's protection

UNICEF works to ensure the healthy future and protection of children in Azerbaijan and elsewhere globally, UNICEF Deputy Representative in Azerbaijan, Min Yuan, said at the V All-Republican Forum of Children of Azerbaijan.

Report quotes her as saying the work done by the Azerbaijani government in this field is highly appreciated. Yuan added that investment in children today is an investment in the future of Azerbaijan.

According to Min Yuan, UNICEF tries to defend children. She added that for this reason they attended the forum to learn children's views. The UNICEF representative noted that the organization could help children in joint activities in Azerbaijan and the world.
