Baku. 18 February. REPORT.AZ/ "Unfortunately, we were not able to hold the 5th meeting of Turkey-Azerbaijan High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council because of the terrorist attack in Ankara, but in the near future, we intend to re-arrange it."
Report informs, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said that at a joint press conference with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
He thanked Azerbaijani people for their support after the terrorist attack that occurred in Ankara yesterday.
"We need to be together in fight against terrorism. We do not put a difference between terrorist organizations like PKK, YPG, PYD and fighting against them.We have no disagreement with Azerbaijan on the issue of combating terrorism.Azerbaijan shares position of Turkey to combat terrorism", said M. Cavusoglu.
Turkish Foreign Minister said that those who involved in the terrorist attack in Ankara currently being investigated.
He stressed that each State has the right to sweep their areas from terrorist organizations.
