"Happy National Flag Day of brotherly Azerbaijan!" - Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said on Twitter.
"The glorious Azerbaijani flag is waving again in the lands liberated by the Heroic Army. Live happily with the tricolor flag, dear Azerbaijan!" he noted.
