“I sincerely congratulate Mr. President Ilham Aliyev on his birthday and wish him a healthy and long life. Happy birthday to you!” Ambassador of Turkiye to Azerbaijan Cahit Baghci wrote on Twitter, Report informs.
Today marks the 61th birthday of the President of Azerbaijan, Victorious Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev.
