Turkey's vice president congratulates Azerbaijan

"Azerbaijan won the struggle it conducted a year ago today for 44 days and liberated Karabakh," Turkish Vice President Fuad Oktay tweeted on the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day, Report informs.
"Happy Victory Day to brotherly Azerbaijan. May the souls of our dear martyrs rejoice in paradise," he said.
