Turkey's deputy minister of national defense visits Martyrs' Alley

As part of his official visit to Azerbaijan, Deputy Minister of National Defense of Turkey Muhsin Dere visited the Martyrs' Alley, Report informs, citing the Turkish embassy to Azerbaijan.
The deputy minister laid flowers on the martyrs' graves and left a note in the book of condolence.
