On the occasion of the International Day of Parliamentarism, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) and the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT) held a joint webinar to take stock of the latest terrorism and violent extremism trends. Elected representative of the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan Tural Ganjaliyev also attended the event, Report says.

T. Ganjaliyev noting Azerbaijan’s vital role in the fight against terrorism at the international level, stressed that the country suffers from Armenian terrorism.

Notably, Tural Ganjaliyev, the head of the Azerbaijani community in the Nagorno-Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is also a member of the Azerbaijani delegation to the PACE and OSCE Parliamentary Assembly as an MP from Khankendi.
