Agreement on visa simplification between Azerbaijan and Switzerland comes into force

Baku. 31 March. REPORT.AZ/ An agreement on visa simplification between Azerbaijan and Switzerland will come into force on April 1.

Report informs citing the press service of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to the agreement on visa simplification between the Government of Azerbaijan and Swiss Federal Council, holders of diplomatic and service passports will travel visa-free between the two countries.

Notably, the agreement was signed in Bern, Switzerland on October 10, 2016. President of Azerbaijan approved the agreement by the order signed on December 16, 2016.
