Ruling parties of Azerbaijan and Turkey to hold joint activities in int'l arena

The relations between the ruling parties of Azerbaijan and Turkey - the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) and Party of Justice and Development (AKP) have expanded, Tahir Budagov, Deputy Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party - head of the Central Board, told journalists, Report informs.

He said that for the first time in history, the two parties signed a cooperation protocol.

"This document has created a new legal framework for future cooperation. The contours of the directions of our activity have been defined. The work between the two parties will continue. The parties will work jointly in the international arena."
