“A successful foreign policy identifies the image and prestige of our country in the international arena. After the end of the Second Karabakh War and the restoration of the country's territorial integrity, a new era of Azerbaijan's development began. One of the priority areas was inclusive development. Based on this, it can be added that Heydar Aliyev attached particular importance to the development of human capital and its contribution to the country's economy,” the rector said.
He noted that as a far-sighted politician, Heydar Aliyev foresaw the importance of inclusive development, and therefore the indicators of Azerbaijan's inclusive development are quite high today and continue to grow thanks to President Ilham Aliyev's policy.
The rector also added that Azerbaijan is the first country in the world to introduce the subject of inclusive development at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels in May 2015.
