Problems should be solved to ensure peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia, former Prime Minister of Belgium, Yves Leterme, told Report.
Leterme noted that one of the main issues was the liberation of Azerbaijan's lands from occupation and the implementation of UN resolutions: "However, there are still some issues that need to be resolved. If the region needs peace, those problems must be solved. That's why it's hard to tell a certain date at this stage."
