President of Azerbaijan appoints new ambassador to Oman

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has appointed Rashad Ismayilov as the country's new ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman.
Rashad Fail oglu Ismayilov will assume the role of Azerbaijan's extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to Oman, succeeding Shahin Shakir oglu Abdullayev, who has been recalled from the position.
