President meets with Secretary General of Shanghai Cooperation Organization

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is visiting Germany to attend the Munich Security Conference.

As part of the Conference, Ilham Aliyev has met with Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Vladimir Norov.
