    President: Joint declaration refers to historic Kars declaration

    "Today is a remarkable day in our history. It is a historic day. Today, we are welcoming the dear President of the brotherly country Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Shusha, on the Karabakh soil," Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in Shusha, Report informs.

    Speaking about the Shusha Declaration on Allied Relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey, the head of state said that the Joint Declaration referred to the historic Kars Declaration.
