President Ilham Aliyev signs decree on awarding 'Dostlug' Order to Nikita Mikhalkov

Baku. 20 October. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on awarding the Order of "Dostlug" to Nikita Mikhalkov.

Report informs according to the order of the President Nikita Mikhalkov was awarded the Order of "Dostlug" for special merits in development of cultural relations between Azerbaijan and Russian Federation.
