President: Azerbaijan - no longer a recipient of foreign assistance, loans

Azerbaijan is no longer a country that receives foreign assistance or international loans, President Ilham Aliyev said, speaking at the Azerbaijan-Lithuania business forum.

"Yes, we take loans, but we raise them only for highly technological projects. At the same time, we became donors. We allocate loans," the head of state said.
