Polish embassy clarifies problem of Shenghen visa issuance

Baku. 15 January. REPORT.AZ/ Poland's embassy to Azerbaijan has clarified the problem of Shenghen visa issuance to this country.

Report informs citing the embassy that the diplomatic mission has no right to take any fee from any person or company for registration for visa application in the electronic consular system in Poland's diplomatic corps in Azerbaijan.

"The registration is for free and is possible only through https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl/. Booking places with the further resale or transfer to the concerned parties in the visa system blocks the system, making it impossible to sign up and make an appointment," the embassy said in a statement.

Notably, a video featuring crowds standing in a queue for a Shengthen visa outside the Poland embassy to Azerbaijan went viral in media outlets and social networks yesterday.
