Palestinian Foreign Minister: It is very important for us that Azerbaijan supports us in the issue of Jerusalem

Baku. 5 November. REPORT.AZ/ "We hope to hold the first meeting of the committee between the ministries of Azerbaijan and Palestine," Palestinian Foreign Minister Riad Malki said at a meeting of ambassadors of the State of Palestine in Asia held in Baku.

According to Report, he noted that the meeting is to be held in Palestine.

The Foreign Minister stressed that Azerbaijan's support in all matters, particularly in the issue of Jerusalem, is very important for Palestine.

"Thank you for your efforts and assistance to Palestine. Azerbaijan has allocated $ 5 million in aid funds for Palestine. It is very important for us that Azerbaijan supports us in the issue of Jerusalem. Our countries are developing their relations and we hope that these relations will further become even stronger. We also plan to hold the first round of a meeting of the committee of our ministries next year in Palestine”, he said.
