PACE co-rapporteur: Azerbaijan always publishes reports in a timely manner

Strasbourg. 24 January. REPORT.AZ/ “Azerbaijan always publishes reports in a timely manner," PACE Co-rapporteur of Democratic Institutions on Azerbaijan Stefan Schennach said.

Western European Bureau of the Report News Agency informs that he spoke at the winter session of PACE.

The co-rapporteur said that reports of the European Committee regarding Azerbaijan on prevention of torture and inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment were published in Azerbaijan in the timely manner. This is an indication of the development of democracy.

During the discussions, it was stated that these reports are published only in seven European Council member states.
