The High Courts of the Turkic states will establish a Unified Information Platform.
According to Report, this matter was discussed during the visit of a delegation led by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan, Inam Karimov, to Kazakhstan to attend the 2nd Conference of the High Courts of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
In his speech at the conference, Karimov noted that the OTS has achieved significant progress in recent years in deepening cooperation in political, economic, humanitarian, and cultural fields.
He emphasized that legal cooperation also holds a special place in this process, with Azerbaijan's relations in the legal sphere with Turkic states, high-level reciprocal visits, and various cooperation initiatives continuing with growing momentum.
The Chief Justice stated that the planned Unified Information Platform among the supreme courts of the Turkic states will make an important contribution by enabling judges and members of the legal community to become more familiar with the judicial practices of other countries, study advanced legal approaches, and expand the exchange of experience.
At the conclusion of the event, the Joint Declaration of the 2nd Conference of the High Courts of the Organization of Turkic States was adopted. The declaration envisages cooperation in the digitalization of judicial systems, strengthening the protection of investor rights, and the creation of the Unified Information Platform among the High Courts of the Turkic states.
