OSCE/ODIHR plans to send Needs Assessment mission to Azerbaijan over presidential elections

Baku. 7 February. REPORT.AZ/ The OSCE/ODIHR (Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights) plans to send Needs Assessment mission to Azerbaijan in connection with presidential elections on April 11.

Report informs referring to the OSCE/ODIHR press service, the Office according to its standart methodology, first plans to send a needs assessment mission to Azeraijan to gather information, after which the mission will recommend what, if any, format of observation to carry out for the presidential election.

The OSCE/ODIHR added that the work is underway to form a mission of experts.
