OIC representative says Armenia responsible for fate of missing Azerbaijanis

"The fate of the missing Azerbaijanis is still unknown," Haji Ali Achikgul, Deputy Chairman of the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (IPHRC OIC).
He stressed that Armenia is responsible for this, noting Azerbaijan's important steps to establish peace in the region and the need to join efforts in this direction.
