Hikmet Hajiyev says Azerbaijan takes steps to prevent coronavirus

"Coronavirus is a hot-button topic in the world today. Azerbaijan carefully analyzes the recommendations of the World Health Organization and takes relevant measures," Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev told journalists.
According to him, Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers has already held several meetings on this issue and drew up a plan of action.
"The government is already taking appropriate steps in this direction. As part of the WHO recommendations, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry addressed citizens on travels to coronavirus-hit countries."
