ODIHR to issue initial assessment of elections tomorrow

PACE, OSCE/ODIHR, and OSCE PA observers will hold a joint press conference on the results of election monitoring on February 10.
"We are at the stage to assess parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan," head of the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission, Peter Tejler said.
"We will give an initial assessment during a press conference tomorrow. It is necessary to understand that we are monitoring the pre-election and election process, including the post-election period," Tejler added.
