Novruz Mammadov: Migration crisis consequence of policy pursued by leading European nations today

Baku. 8 September. REPORT.AZ/ "There’s an urgent need to research the history of migration This phenomenon emerged coupled with colonialism, being its derivative and vestige. Migration crisis is a consequence of policy pursued by leading  European nations today". Report informs, Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Chief of the administration's foreign relations department Novruz Mammadov wrote this in his Twitter page.

According to him, migration policy was employed to secure following objectives: "The first  phase – solidification and facilitation of colonialism, the second phase – ensuring that country freed from colonialism remains under control. Migration policy served special interests of  colonial  powers during both phases".
