Another 38 Georgian parliamentarians have joined the friendship group with Azerbaijan, the local bureau of Report informs.

The decision was supported by 94 deputies at a plenary session of the parliament.

According to the decision, the number of parliamentarians in the group reached 77.

The group, which includes chairmen of the Foreign Relations and Regional Policy Committees Nikoloz Samkharadze and Sozar Subari, and Georgia’s ethnic Azerbaijani MPs Zaur Dargalli, Savalan Mirzayev, and Abdulla Ismayilov, is headed by Vice Speaker Archil Talakvadze.
