MP: Azerbaijan prioritizes smart ecosystems in Karabakh's reconstruction

Azerbaijan is successfully implementing a unique model of reconstruction in its liberated territories, prioritizing a high quality of life for returning residents and the creation of modern smart ecosystems, Nigar Arpadarai, COP29 High-Level Champion and Member of the Azerbaijani Parliament, said during the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, Report informs.
Arpadarai noted that the revival of Karabakh is not limited to building houses or infrastructure but focuses on ensuring living standards that surpass those in the capital.
